A: We use Daraz Express Courier Service for delivery. Normally they get 3 – 5 days for Delivery, In some problematic cases it may take up to a week. We will send the tracking number and tracking link after you place an order.
In some cases, Daraz Courier uses third-party couriers for their delivery, in which case you may receive your package via couriers such as Koombiyo, Pronto and Citypack. In such cases, the tracking number may not be updated.
