Delays of delivery may occur due to invalid addresses or other causes.

General Return Policy
If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your deliver. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Refunds Not Accepted If
- You change your mind
- Your circumstances change
- You find cheaper products elsewhere.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: CS Agro, 303/3, Pelanwattha, Pannipitiya.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
