The Domestic Pump (Model: PKM60)
This is a standard peripheral pump, commonly used for household water supply.
- Power: It has a smaller 0.5 HP (0.37 kW) motor.
- Pipe Size: It uses standard 1-inch x 1-inch inlet and outlet pipes.
- Flow Rate (Qmax): It moves 35 liters per minute. This is much lower than the other model but sufficient for normal home taps.
- Head (Height): Surprisingly, it can push water higher than the big pump, up to 35 meters. This makes it excellent for lifting water to overhead tanks in 1-2 story homes.
- Electricity Usage: It is energy efficient, drawing only 2.5 Amps and using a smaller capacitor (10 µF).
- Best For: Domestic water supply, filling overhead tanks, and watering small gardens
