• Soil pH and humidity are very important indicators. Excessive acidity or excessive alkalinity are important factors that limit plant growth and quality.

Working principle: This product is composed of an ammeter with a numerical indication, a metal sensor and a functional numerical switching device. That is, the hardware system with the metal sensor as the core, connects the metal sensor with the soil and uses the weak current generated by the redox reaction during the chemical reaction to drive the unit data of different pH and humidity values ​​corresponding to the ammeter (without the support of a battery or other external power supply).

Main purpose: To determine the pH, pH and humidity of various soils.

Measuring range: pH: 3-8ph; Humidity: 10% – 80%;

• Usage method:

(1) First remove the soil layer about 5 cm deep on the surface of the tested soil, and clean up all organic debris in the soil that will affect the test results, such as

leaves, gravel and plant roots; If the soil at the measurement site is too dry or too rich in fertilizer to measure the pH of the soil, water (preferably rainwater) should be poured into the measurement site first, and the soil should be soaked for 15-20 minutes before measuring the moistened soil (the measurement accuracy of the soil humidity is best at 40% – 70%). High soil density, humidity and fertilizer may affect the measured value, so it should be measured several times at different places to obtain the average value. (4) When the metal probe is inserted clockwise into the measured soil, if the position indicated by the pointer on the dial is found to be unstable, it is caused by uneven soil moisture or impurities and voids. It is necessary to measure again to finalize the results.
